• Your photos are processed on your device. We do not upload your photos to our servers just for normal use of the App.

(2) Camera Permission

• We request camera access only when you choose to take photos inside the App.
• If you deny camera permission, you can still use other functions that do not require taking new photos inside the App.

(3) Location Permission

• If you enable GPS or location-based stamps, we request access to your device location so the App can add location information to your photos.
• Location access is optional. If you deny it, you can still use timestamp features without GPS data.
• We do not use location permission for continuous background tracking.

(4) Photo Library or Storage Permission

• We request access to your photo library or storage only so you can choose photos to edit and save the images you create.
• We do not scan, collect, or analyze your entire photo library.

(5) Device, Usage, and Diagnostic Information

• To keep the App stable and improve performance, we may collect limited diagnostic and usage information, such as device model, operating system version, language, app interactions, crash logs, and approximate network information.
• This information helps us troubleshoot issues, understand feature usage, prevent abuse, and improve the App experience.

(6) Advertising and Analytics

• Because the App may be offered free of charge, we may use analytics and advertising services to support operation and improve the product.
• These services may collect device identifiers, IP address, approximate location derived from IP, advertising interaction data, and app usage events according to their own privacy policies.

2. How Timestamp and GPS Features Work

• The App automatically adds date and time information based on your device settings and the moment a photo is taken or edited.
• If you enable GPS features, the App can add location-based information to the photo output you choose to save.
• You control whether timestamp, GPS data, notes, or other overlays appear on the final image.
• If you do not want location details embedded in a photo, you can turn off location-related features before saving or sharing the image.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the limited situations below:

• With service providers that help us operate analytics, diagnostics, and advertising features.

• You can decide whether GPS information or other overlays are included in exported images.
• You can limit ad tracking through your device privacy settings where supported by your platform.
• You may stop using the App at any time and remove it from your device.
